MNB to support forint mortgage lending with bond purchases up to HUF 100 billion

The National Bank of Hungary on Monday announced a program to support growth on the forint-denominated mortgage loan and mortgage bond market through bond purchases up to HUF 100 billion and regulatory initiatives based on a decision by rate-setters.
