‘Irregular’ $2.5m loan sparks Marac investigation
Missing paperwork relating to an “irregular” $2.5 million loan is at the centre of an internal investigation at Marac. Yesterday, Pyne Gould Corporation, parent company of Marac, issued a statement to the New Zealand stock exchange, revealing it had found irregularities.
