NEW YORK—-Fitch Ratings assigns an ‘A’ rating to the $4.06 million in Lompoc Valley Medical Center insured revenue bonds, series 2009, based on the Insurer Financial Strength rating of the State of California’s Cal-Mortgage Loan Insurance Division , whose rating reflects the State of California’s general obligation rating of ‘A’.
